Diversity and inclusion expert and author of Unbias, Stacey Gordon challenges you to pair action and strategy in her partially asynchronous certificate in diversity, equity, inclusion, and bias. You will be given the tools to bring concepts of diversity and equity into the real world moving towards a more inclusive future (Gordon, 2021). This class may be faciliated by Stacey Gordon  and/or Dr. Thela Thatch.  Text: Unbias, included.

Meet the Facilitators

Stacey Gordon, M.B.A, author of Unbias, is a globally recognized diversity & inclusion advisor with expertise in people management, recruitment, career advancement, and unconscious bias education. She currently serves as the chief siversity strategist for the Rework Work Corporation located in Los Angeles, California.  Stacey is the trusted advisor & consultant to clients such as Dell, Walmart Media Group, ADP, LinkedIn, Microsoft, California Water Association, Skillsoft, Pepperdine University, Kia Motors America, American Express, KMPG, Hyatt Hotels, JLL Technologies, and AT&T.  She received her bachelor of science in paralegal studies from St. John’s University, St. Vincent’s College, attended Fordham University, School of Law and obtained her master’s in business administration from Pepperdine University, The George L. Graziadio School of Business and Management.

Thelá R. Thatch, Ph.D.​  is the founder and CEO of Thelá Thatch Consulting, a full-service human resource and benefits consulting firm that provides human resource services to small businesses and non-profit organizations. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Kean University, her Master of Business Administration from North Greenville University and her Ph.D. in public policy, administration from Walden University. Her professional awards include:  2022 Women of COLOR DEI Innovator, 2022 World’s Most Ethical Companies Committee Member, 2022 Paychex Integrity Icon, Tech Diversity Magazine’s Distinguished Diversity Professional,  and Top 100 HR Experts to follow on Twitter.
