Full course description
The Certificate in Leadership Habits – students will explore leadership through the examination of specific habits which are defined as the intersection of knowledge, skills, and motivation (Covey, 2020). Students will try out and reflect on application suggestions for habits and create a selection of personal leadership habits and actions that work well for his/her goals and personal and professional settings.

· Weekly Assignments
· One Optional Teams/Zoom synchronous class per week (date/time vary and will be noted on class syllabus) If participant is unable to attend, the class will be recorded for later viewing.
Louise Whitelaw, Ph.D. has been facilitating the Leadership Habits and the Leadership Communication certificate programs since their inception in the Spring of 2022. She works full-time at Neumann University planning field experiences and advising students as well as teaching in the Adult and Continuing Education (ACE) program at Neumann University for over seven years in the Organizational Studies degree-completion program. Dr. Whitelaw has a Ph.D. in Leadership Development and Learning Technologies and an undergraduate degree in Corporate Communication. She has taught in higher education for 20 years in Education, Business and Creativity Studies- which deals with forward-thinking problem-solving approaches.
